Added support for SYNAPS-I model inference.

GUI

  • Added new algorithm ("SYNAPS-I/SYNAPS-I")
  • Trainer is currently just a placeholder

Model

  • SYNAPS-I model and inference code are reimplemented in Ptychodus. No new dependency introduced.
