aether device enroll --base-urlpreviously sent the enrollment request to the configured Cloud but saved the overridden Cloud URL in the device credential record. That could leave an RC host with a device identity minted by one Cloud and a bearer pointed at another.Select the enrollment API from the resolved base URL, so the request and saved record match. The default configured URL still uses the existing API client. A loopback HTTP integration test proves the explicit URL receives the request, including the Cloud path, while the configured API is untouched.
Verification: TypeScript build passed; local device-command and RC suite passed (213 tests). This uses the owner-approved local suite while GitHub Actions cannot start due account billing lock.
