fix: readable phone images in the Oct 12-18 changelog - #205

Six phone images failed at 358 css: four were desktop windows framed into the phone slot (text about 3-4 px), two were the Withdraw and Tax form shots that the desktop entry already replaced. Re-shot at a phone viewport with the menus opened there; the tax form shows the W-8BEN fields like the desktop image. Phone raws published so the gate can be re-run.
