Adds two lines under For developers in
improvements-2026-10-18(published in #183). Both changes went live on Oct 18 PT, inside that week:invoice.paidas well asinvoice.payment_succeeded, once per invoice; an invoice already refunded, even partly, adds no sale (CMS v3.16.139).POST /api/v1/track/refundwith an empty Bearer token returns 401Empty Bearer token(CMS v3.16.140).New lines only, no existing line changed. Docs for both are already live.
