Explain the marketplace logo fallback and the connection check for Affitor’s own referral program in the existing partner and brand setup guides. Uploaded logos take precedence; background website discovery may supply a supported icon, and missing icons retain initials. Clarify that the built-in referral flow satisfies only the connection requirement while other Verified checks still apply. Scope the 90-day sale-expiry example to programs relying on Server API, with a narrow retired-claim guard.
This is a draft companion to runtime changes that have not been released. Hold publication until the corresponding runtime release and independent review. The existing joining guide already describes both automatic and manual approval; those steps and all reward/payment terms remain unchanged.

The build verifies 167 pages, 336 sitemap URLs, 23 asset references and 19 retired-claim patterns with zero hits. Both edited guides’ built visible paragraphs and Markdown twins contain the new copy. No new media is needed because no UI step or control changed; existing media remains intact. This bounded edit retains the partner guide’s existing template gaps rather than rewriting it. No production publication or post-release check is claimed.
