What changed
Adds
.github/workflows/pr-text.yml: a one-step check that fails when a pull request title or body contains a private workspace or home path, a message or pane id, an internal agent name, or Vietnamese text (the exact patterns are in the workflow file). It runs on opened, edited, reopened and synchronize, so fixing the body re-runs it.Why
This repository is public. Several earlier pull request bodies carried internal workspace detail (now cleaned); this stops new ones. The file is identical to the check already running in the public docs repository.
