Groom the wording/microcopy of the standing-prompt confirmation flow — the text a person sees when codeaf proposes a standing rule, and the copy around it.

Scope

• The confirmation buttons, e.g. "Keep this rule" / "Don't keep it", and the question line that introduces them.
• Surrounding copy: what the card says about scope, cadence, cost and what the rule will do when it fires, plus any success/error/refusal responses after the choice.
• Tone and consistency: matches the rest of the v3 chat surface; no jargon; tells the person exactly what saying yes binds.
