Adds a Strands Agents guide for inspecting a public agent endpoint through the released SDK's native MCP client. It exposes only free preflight and current paid-operation terms, explains uncertainty and data flow, and separates direct tool calls from optional model usage.
The guide supports an invited Strands catalog submission and requires no Agent Guild package, account, API key or wallet. Its versioned GitHub link is usable before this documentation PR merges.
Validation: three offline protocol tests passed with strands-agents 1.54.0 and mcp 1.30.0, including exact tool filtering, both direct calls and native Agent registration. Real sockets were blocked during validation; no production calls, model inference, agent registration or payment. The relative standard link resolves.
