QC: Glo change tpc DCAr axis-range

Change the axis-range to be within the applied DCAr track cuts (nonsense to show nothing outside). I did not locally run this but should be trivial. The steering is of this cut is done before the histograms are created, so should be picked up properly (except the binning which is ad-hoc set).
