ITS Calib: ROOT trees for VCASN and ITHR scan + new features

• Creation of ROOT TTrees for VCASN and ITHR scans
• TOT_Calibration: added new scanType to better distinguish it from pulse shape 2D scan
• TOT calibration and pulse shape 2D scans: processed now row by row (before: full processing in finalize()). In finalize(), for pulse shape 2D we still extract ToT, etc with calculare2Dparams.
• Removal of forbidden rows: not needed anymore.
