TO ACCESS PARAMEDIC PORTAL, ENTER '9999' AS PIN and TO ACCESS DRIVER PORTAL, ENTER '1234' AS PIN

Challenge Statement:

Design a scalable and intelligent emergency response framework that improves response time, optimizes resource allocation, and enhances coordination between emergency services and healthcare facilities under real-world constraints.

Problem:

During mass casualty incidents (MCIs), dispatch systems often become a bottleneck, causing delays in ambulance routing and disorganized patient triage.

The Solution

A Progressive Web App (PWA) that automates medical triage and streamlines real-time communication between civilians, paramedics, and ambulance drivers.

Technical Stack

  • Frontend: React, Vite, Tailwind CSS

  • Backend: Firebase Firestore (Real-time data sync)

  • Mapping: React-Leaflet, OSRM API

  • Deployment: Firebase Hosting

The Team & Contributions

Arushi Dabli

  • Architecture: Engineered the React/Vite core and state management.

  • Integration: Built the Firebase Firestore data pipeline for real-time dispatching.

  • DevOps: Managed the cloud deployment and production build configuration.

Maithili Gosavi

  • Frontend Development: Built some key UI pages using React and Tailwind CSS with a focus on responsiveness and usability.

  • Presentation Support: Assisted in designing and structuring the project PPT.

Siddharth Bhadawale

  • Demonstration: Created a clear and engaging demo video showcasing the application workflow and key features.

  • Presentation: Designed and structured the project PPT for effective communication of the solution.

About

Developed a high-concurrency HealthTech Progressive Web App (PWA) during a 24-hour national-level hackathon, Navonmesh 2026, securing 22nd place out of ~300 initial teams. The platform automates medical triage and streamlines ambulance dispatching to reduce critical response times during Mass Casualty Incidents (MCIs).
