Tested this out locally, and I found an issue when duplicating an item with a Custom Field with the Item type. The field displays as empty on the Duplicate + Edit screen if it had an Item type. This doesn't actually seem to mess up the duplicate logic, it's just a display issue.

Previously, duplicate and edit didn't copy template fields or custom fields. This PR both fixes that and also removes an unnecessary horizontal scrollbar that was the result of tool tip alignment
