Align Advanced controls and divider

Small mobile/sidebar polish based on the latest iPhone render.

Connection Advanced controls

• align Port / Protocol fields from the top instead of the bottom
• give Advanced inputs/selects one explicit 32px height
• normalize horizontal padding, font size and line-height so number inputs and selects render at the same scale

Advanced divider

• remove the extra left indent from the Advanced block
• start the short divider line at the beginning of the section content
• move the Advanced chevron/label slightly left
• keep the composition as:
  short line · chevron + Advanced · long line · optional value

Repo audit

• current branch is only one CSS file ahead of main
• no open PR conflicts
• no TODO/FIXME/HACK markers found
• no orphaned CSS classes found against the current HTML/JS surface
• CSS and JS use the same responsive breakpoint
• CI still validates JS, runs tests, and assembles the Pages artifact
• Pages workflow runs tests and builds before deployment

No JS/runtime behavior changes.
