Fix mobile menu folding, checkbox focus, and debug disclosure clicks

Summary

Fix the four UI issues from the latest mobile/desktop render.

Checkbox focus artifact

• exclude checkboxes from the generic text-input and Advanced-input box styles
• keep native checkbox sizing/accent
• remove pointer/tap focus box artifacts
• retain a clear keyboard-only focus-visible outline

Display spacing

• place Reset camera on the same heading line as Scenes
• the Scenes field now keeps the normal section-top spacing exactly as if Reset camera were not present

Mobile menu folding

Reuse the existing sidebar fold control on phone/touch layouts:

• expanded: a small horizontal chevron handle sits on the viewer/menu boundary
• folded: the menu is removed from layout and the viewer expands to the full viewport
• a bottom-right handle remains available to reopen the menu
• mobile handles stay visible instead of using the desktop inactivity fade
• persisted folded state works across desktop/mobile/orientation changes
• sidebar/QR accessibility state is kept correct
• vh fallbacks are included alongside dvh sizing for broader mobile browser support

Live debug disclosure reliability

The intermittent missed clicks on Frame / Objects / Zones were caused by the 4 Hz live debug render replacing the disclosure DOM during a pointer interaction.

• briefly pause detailed debug DOM replacement during pointer/keyboard interaction
• keep the lightweight debug summary updating
• resume live rendering automatically after the interaction settles
• existing open/closed disclosure state preservation remains unchanged

No tracking, WebSocket, or Three.js rendering behavior changes.
