Why
The merge-reliability matrix still treated the Apple Silicon release gate as an open blocker. The failing PR #45 job was release infrastructure:
static-php-cli doctor --auto-fixtried to use stale Homebrew metadata and Homebrew rejected it with the MITM warning. The current workflow pre-runsbrew updateand installs static-PHP prerequisites before the dist bundle step, and the later PR #46 release run proved the aarch64 macOS release build green.Validation
