Implement timestamp comparison to avoid displaying already installed builds as available updates. This adds a new isUpdateAvailable() method that checks if the remote update timestamp is newer than the current installed build timestamp. Refine Russian strings in `app/src/main/res/values-ru/strings.xml` for better clarity and natural language. Corrected several awkward or incorrect translations to make the user experience more natural.
