Triage: ordered questions, one example per outcome, reason asked before the verdict. Resolver: a fixed work order, clear SKIP cases, exact-match rules for edit_file. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_019njmQwspnQiT924GVM2bFz

Before: The triage prompt gave rules in prose and no examples. The resolver prompt said what it could not do, but not how to work or when to give up.
After: Triage asks seven questions in order, shows three short examples, and asks for
messagebeforesmall_fix. The resolver prompt gives a five-step work order, lists the cases where it must SKIP, and says how to write an exactold_stringforedit_file.How: Only the two prompt strings changed (
server/workflows/errors/triage.ts,server/workflows/resolver/fixer.ts). The JSON keys, the tool set, the FIX:/SKIP: contract and the code guardrails inmodelTriagerare unchanged. One new test checks the triage prompt. Not measured. No Ollama or model key was available, so neither the 12-case triage benchmark nor any resolver run was done. Typecheck and the 371 workflow and LLM tests pass; those do not test model behaviour. Do not merge on the basis of this description: run the benchmark first.
