feat(webui): modernize reference client and sandbox job workflows

Changes

Build a richer Odek reference Web UI with structured plan and tool views, inspectable results and artifacts, management controls, responsive layouts, Geist typography, and coordinated themes.

New Session now clears management and state views, resets transient turn state, and prevents late requests from restoring previous-session data. Reopening the inspector reloads its selected workspace.

Enable sandbox background jobs with per-agent container routing and ownership, bounded cleanup retries across execution modes, reliable process-group termination, and session-deletion cleanup. Bound artifact preview work and upload retention; keep active attachments pinned and prevent deleted sessions from being recreated by stale saves.

Validation

• 224 UI Node tests pass, including reset and late-response regressions.
• Full backend command suite and session/process-manager race suites passed during implementation; focused backend race regressions pass for the final cleanup changes.
• Docker integration verified container routing, owner disconnect, descendant termination, and shutdown cleanup.
• golangci-lint: 0 issues.
• govulncheck with patched Go 1.26.6: no vulnerabilities found.
• Independent Luna/Sol reviews completed; confirmed findings addressed.

Intended feature release: v2.14.0 after CI passes.
