The embedded FALLBACK data in stats/dashboard.html still uses 2026-10-06, while this snapshot
update changes the published series to 2026-10-07. When downloads.json cannot be fetched,
including file:// previews and offline use, the dashboard renders that stale fallback instead of
the newly published snapshot.
