feat: expand curated JEV catalogue to 147 projects

Summary

• expand the source-reviewed Awesome JEV catalogue from 125 to 147 projects
• enforce the agreed 50+ GitHub-star floor and remove six entries below it
• add 28 newly verified repositories discovered across awesomejev.com, logicrw/awesome-jev-projects, GitHub repository search, and GitHub code search
• synchronize English, Chinese, and Japanese READMEs from the canonical catalogue

Verification

• npm test (4/4)
• git diff --check
• all new evidence URLs use fixed GitHub commit links and returned HTTP 200
• security diff review: no reportable findings
