Update agent plugin for current BeatAPI capabilities

Summary

• sync the complete current 30-operation OpenAPI, Skill, and typed client runtime
• expose 28 MCP tools, including text models/responses and Video Analysis
• replace hardcoded image/video model unions with a stable model plus parameters interface
• preserve API key, webhook secret, and Realtime client-secret boundaries
• guide users to plugin Configure or the CLI credential store instead of chat
