1. The action does not run. Summarize with Pubchi on a post opens the panel on the previous conversation and pre-fills the question box with Summarize this thread pubky://… (the raw URI, 116 of 500 characters). Nothing is sent until the user notices and presses Ask. It reads as broken.
2. Summaries pile into one conversation. Summarising a second post appends to the same conversation, so each answer sits under every earlier one and the thread keeps growing. Earlier posts' context is in view (and presumably in scope) for the new summary. Each summarize should start clean, or at least start a new conversation.
3. The summary cannot see the post. On a post with a photo and one line of text, the answer lists the post's taggers as full raw pubkys, then says "the evidence contains no post text, reply content, or timestamps, so the main claim… cannot be determined". It does not use the post text or the image. The evidence panel shows posts (2): the same post twice.
Expected: runs on click, fresh conversation, summarises the text (and the image, if Pubchi is meant to have image understanding), and names people by display name.
4. Separate, thread view: after mentioning Jeb in a post, the post showed 1 reply, but the thread view did not show Jeb's reply after several refreshes. It was only reachable from the home feed, about 1–2 minutes after posting.
