Introduces a shaded scheduler (FoliaLib) to take advantage of Folia schedulers and Paper's teleportAsync.
Tests Performed:
Any relevant tests that were performed locally
Tested a few basic Parkours on Folia locally and then tested again on Paper (1.21.11 for both).
