Getting Started
TunerPro is an Excel spreadsheet on steroids, it interprets the binary file (.bin) using a definition file (.xdf). The definition file is, in extremely basic terms, a big dictionary for where to look for tables and flags. There aren't that many XDFs for our PCMs because it requires extensive reverse engineering, you can learn more here.
To get started you will need to make sure that you have the checksum plugin installed, to do so follow the instructions at this link. Once you have your plugins installed you will then need to add the correct definition file for your PCM and its respective OS. If you are using a P59 PCM for example, the supported OS is 12587603, head to the repo and you'll find the currently supported OS's and their respective XDFs.
To install your XDF, open TunerPro, in the top left of the toolbar you will find XDF. In the dropdown menu, click "Select XDF" and navigate to where you have your XDF stored. Once you have these two steps completed you are ready to start tuning within the currently supported OS's.
