This addresses #1013, which allows for more easily generating MMWR-like plots.

Summary

  • Expanded the Epi Curve to support up to four independently configured bar or line series in side-by-side and overlay layouts.
  • Added per-series date fields, value fields, Count/Sum/Last/Average aggregations, cumulative settings, custom labels, colors, axis assignment, and solid or dashed line styles.
  • Added dual-axis rendering, configurable line thickness, custom axis titles, tick controls, and clearer data-inclusion and validation feedback.
  • Restored stack ordering and color controls, including transparency, preset ordering, and drag-and-drop custom ordering.
  • Moved legends to the bottom by default and separated bar and line legends into distinct, clearly labeled sections.
  • Improved responsive legend sizing, positioning, wrapping, truncation, and marker styling for complex multi-series charts.
  • Removed the unused Epi Curve title and annotation controls to simplify the appearance settings.
  • Standardized the chart and axis font with the application’s Roboto font stack.
  • Updated PNG and SVG exports so exported images retain the same font as the application, including embedded Roboto styling in SVG files.
  • Added MMWR measles and DUNES HIV outbreak example datasets and supporting documentation
  • Expanded component and Cypress coverage for controls, multi-series rendering, legends, styling, uploaded-data loading, direct launch, responsive behavior, and image exports.
  • Updated the Angular build dependencies to include Less support and approved esbuild script execution.
  • Added generated network import/export documentation and supporting GraphML screenshots currently included in the branch.
