This PR introduces the following corrections to the RWC annotations (audio pieces were not modified):
rwc_classical_CD2_01.beatsremove extra beat annotation at the endrwc_classical_CD6_15.beats fix the 9/x signature. A "1 1 " was there instead of "9 1" as the beat type, due to a problem in the original encoding formatrwc_popular_CD3_12.beatsfix wrong pickup measure (a 5/4 measure instead of 1 pickup measure of 1/4 + 1 full measure) and remove extra beat at the endrwc_classical_CD2_03.beatsfix the beginning with the 6/8 meter being wrongly encoded as 112233. Fix the first pickup measure.rwc_jazz_CD4_07.beatsfix the end with the 6/8 meter being wrongly encoded as 112233. Fix also the time points to keep a more consistent music beatrwc_popular_CD5_04.beatsremove extra beat annotation at the very end. Added an extra measure because, despite the fade out, the beat was still audiblerwc_classical_CD4_05.beatsfix beat counting in the initial measure "1222 -> 1234"
