@codex review Please review compiler-specific package identities and minimum versions in both manifests. Swift6.2 Point-Free manifests use xctest-dynamic-overlay, Swift6.4 uses swift-issue-reporting; the unchanged Casification sources only need the shared IssueReporting APIs. Overlay1.5.0 retains the declared Swift5.9 manifest support, newer compilers resolve later1.x. All25localtests pass; existing five-platform Xcode26.2 CI runs unchanged. |

Casification unconditionally requests
swift-issue-reporting, but Swift 6.2 selects Point-Free compatibility manifests that usexctest-dynamic-overlay. Consumers combining these packages fail resolution because both identities declareIssueReportingtargets.Match the identity to the compiler in both manifests: Swift 6.4+ uses the current package; earlier compilers use the overlay. The overlay lower bound is 1.5.0, whose manifest supports Swift 5.9, while Swift 6.x can resolve newer compatible 1.x releases. Public products and all library/test source remain unchanged.
Validation: all 25 local tests in 7 suites pass on Swift 6.4. The existing five-platform Xcode 26.2 CI matrix verifies the compatibility graph. Exact consumer failure is recorded in https://github.com/CaptureContext/package-resources-cli/actions/runs/33997720831 . This is a follow-up prerequisite to CaptureContext/swift-snippets#10 and will be consumed by a merged-revision pin, without publishing a release tag.
