Lunicons design revamp

"Lunicons" (an abbreviation between "Luna" and "Icons" that needlessly sounds like "unicorns") is our codename(?) for the 1.0 release of Amaranth (<- which itself is a codename). This pull request is all about revamping every icon that exists in Amaranth 0.9.

Practically speaking, the notes for this pull request should be all the breaking changes between Amaranth 0.9 and Luna 1.0. This pull-request is only part of the road to Luna 1.0. We'll also introduce some proper documentation with #13, and plan to introduce the various new icons from Amaranth 0.10 as well. We'll have multiple alpha releases.

What's different

Grid and design language

Lunicons introduces a revamped grid.

• The grid is now 20x20 instead of 16x20.
• There is no buffer zone anymore.
• The line thickness is up from 1.5px to 2px, for extra crispy icons on all pixel densities.
• Compared to Amaranth, Luna will have a more rounded look and a more distinct visual identity.

• We now exports the complete icon set as amaranthSet.
