Publish-verification fixes
Live Pages verification of #39 found that legacy Pages optional-front-matter/title plugins auto-convert raw Markdown artifact copies into extra sidebar pages, unlike the direct Jekyll CI build. Remove those redundant raw copies from public assets; all original reports remain in the byte-preserved ZIP and all intended browsable /architecture/ reports remain.
Also keep diagram aspect ratios correct while browsers cache the pre-publication stylesheet, with inline height:auto fallback, and avoid the old light .message background conflicting with dark-theme bold text. Add generated-site guards against accidental Markdown/HTML in the static atlas asset directory and the aspect-ratio fallback.
No diagram, PDF, ZIP, audited source, game/server, configuration, or deployment-route change. Publication verification on #39 already confirmed 7 HTML pages and 40 byte-identical assets. This follow-up closes the live UI discrepancies before final delivery.
