Rename managed ClickStack MCP server references

Summary

Rename the managed ClickStack MCP server reference in the ClickStack MCP docs from clickstack-cloud to clickstack under the managed ClickStack section. This keeps the Claude Code flow and client configuration examples consistent with the intended server name.

  • Updated the Claude Code claude mcp add example to register the server as clickstack.
  • Updated the /mcp selection text to reference clickstack.
  • Updated the Cursor, VS Code, and OpenCode configuration snippets to use clickstack as the server key.
