Add an Express/TypeScript contact import API and a separate pg-boss worker on ClickHouse Managed Postgres (public beta). Account tokens scope requests and reads; bounded normalized submissions retain their request ID. Import insertion and enqueue use the same node-postgres transaction, while transactional workers commit import-scoped contact results and queue completion together. Retry exhaustion and missing queue metadata become explicit durable outcomes.

Includes separate application/queue migrations, restricted API/worker roles, verified TLS, readable setup and a scoped CI workflow. Runtime startup performs no DDL. This example sends no emails or other external effects.

Validation on 2 October 2026: native clean install, formatting/type/build checks, 3 domain tests and 8 real Cloud acceptance cases passed on Node 24.21.0 / pg-boss 12.35.1 / PostgreSQL 18.6. Acceptance covers same-endpoint TLS controls, runtime permission denials, enqueue rollback, eight competing retries, two workers, after-effects rollback/retry, exhaustion, runtime retention, real SIGKILL recovery, completion replay, account isolation and confirmed API/worker restarts. Empty-schema setup and repeated migrations/seed/queue setup passed using only committed grants. All 24 app files matched native-tested source hashes before commit. Companion article and private evidence remain local for review.
