Adds a compact trusted-loopback notebook that embeds short titled notes on CPU with a pinned all-MiniLM-L6-v2 revision, stores text/vector atomically, and retrieves original excerpts with exact cosine search. Revisioned row-locked saves reject stale edits, including slower old inference; a database trigger enforces the 100-note bound.

Includes explicit Cloud bootstrap/CA verification/restricted roles, offline model-cache startup, fixed full collection metadata, bounded cancellable worker admission, native fixed-Origin protection, useful server-rendered forms, exact dependency pins and a scoped CI workflow. The shared runtime DB role is trusted; there is no application authentication, generated-answer claim or approximate-search benchmark.

Validation on Ubuntu 24.04 ARM64, PostgreSQL 18.6 / pgvector 0.8.6: clean locked install and offline real-model preflight, fresh migrations up/down/up, 5 unit cases, 10 full Cloud cases plus 1 added HTTP input-boundary case, real browser add/edit/search/stale-form checks, and process replacement 5523→5990 preserving complete notes, vector bytes and exact search results. Competing HTTP updates observed actual Cloud row-lock waits and yielded 200/409; commit-time failure rolled back text/vector/revision. Negative CA and hostname controls reached certificate-specific failures. Python Playwright 1.56.0 is pinned. Raw failed helper attempts and corrected results are preserved privately; fixtures are not counted as additional tests.

Companion article and raw evidence remain local for review. The owned Cloud fixture was authorized for deletion after independent review; no Cloud credentials or model cache are committed.
