This PR updates your existing CodeBoarding workflow
configuration (codeboarding-sync.yml) to the current recommended shape. It regenerates the file(s)
so they:

• match the workflow CodeBoarding generates today (the pull-request triggers and the
  permissions a run needs), while
• keeping every setting this repository already uses: the same target branch, the same
  delivery, and the same credentials. Nothing you configured changes.

Sync delivery

The generated baseline will be delivered through a rolling CodeBoarding PR into main.

Only CodeBoarding’s own workflow files are touched. If you’d customized one of these,
review the diff before merging.
