For adding
HAXE_VERSIONenvironment variable, y'all don't need to change the haxe version on bothreleaseanddebugparts, instead y'all can change theHAXE_VERSIONto use a specific haxe version on both of them easily in one change.And for adding
HXCPP_COMPILE_CACHEenvironment variable, this should make compilation a bit more faster(check openfl/lime@8090bac for more info about it)
