This is a command line tool to set the 'confidence' field in doorstop records and optionally a review comment. Both can be set using command-line options or interactively.
We don't define what 'confidence' means in this PR; there are multiple definitions. As such, I'm not fully sure this PR will be useful as-is, and do not mind if it isn't merged. It could also serve just as an example of how to set and read fields using the Doorstop python library.
