Dynamic Raid Spawn Radius

Dynamic Raid Spawn Radius allows changing the spawn radius of raid waves via a config!

This mod features:

• Default value set to 96 block radius (vanilla)
• Config slider using ClothConfig (included) to change the radius between 0-96
• Functions completely server-side and can be used in singleplayer
