Preserve the miner key across restarts.
If MINER_SSH is explicit and MINER_KEY is unset, the miner stage uses $RD/vast-m5/id_ed25519. On a later invocation, stage miner can skip that stage, but minerstart selects $RUN/id_ed25519 for the saved host. SSH then fails when the host accepts only the Vast key. Save the selected key with the miner address, or use the same fallback in both stages.
