  • Scoped activation with a caller-owned Chronicle client: create the client with chronicleArtifactActivator(...) as artifactActivator and reactorCommandResultHandler(...) as reactorResultHandler, then set activateArtifactsInScopes when registering it. Arc never changes the client's options and never disposes the client. (Construct Chronicle reactors and reducers through Arc dependency injection #93)

Changed

Review: Opus-only (same-provider) review.

Refs #93

Scoped activation needs ArtifactInvocationContext and lease completion,
both published in 6.17.0. Record the 6.17.0 exports for the peer floor check.

Refs #93
A caller-owned client created with chronicleArtifactActivator for the same
event store can now opt in to activateArtifactsInScopes; Arc checks the
wiring and prepares artifact registrations without changing or disposing the
client. The 6.17.0 peer floor replaces the runtime SDK probe.

Refs #93
Also state that a class-level @onceonly() reactor is never replayed, so a
@replay() handler on it never runs, and raise the documented SDK floor.
