Generated commands and queries omit the @cratis/arc.react import and the static use/when hooks when skipReactHooks (CLI: --skip-react-hooks) is set. The default output is unchanged. Refs #112

--skip-react-hooks(programmatic optionskipReactHooks) for the proxy generator: emits server-only proxies with no@cratis/arc.reactimport and no staticuse*/whenhooks on commands and queries, so projects that only need the typed HTTP client do not need React installed. Default output is unchanged.Review: Opus-only (same-provider) review.
