Sort concept and temporal values by value in memory

• In-memory sorting orders concept values by their underlying value, so concepts over numbers sort numerically and concepts over dates chronologically. It also orders TimeSpan, DateOnly and TimeOnly values in their natural order rather than as text. A concept wrapping null now sorts with the other null values. (Compare raw concept and Date values correctly when sorting in memory #176)
