Placed inside an existing live region, for example a focused error summary that is itself role="alert", it nests live regions, so screen readers announce the messages twice. Cratis/Ante#151 had to replace Message with plain elements in its error summary to avoid this.
Proposal: a role or live={false} prop that renders the message as a plain element, so it can be composed inside an outer live region. Keep the current default.
