Larana's PR#36 implements changes to make ophit reconstruction algorithms use channel-dependent threshold. This implies passing
raw::OpDetWaveformobjects to them, which causes issues when building against duneopdet. This PR implement the required changes into duneopdet to ensure building with the changes to larana.
