Adds the official Blog plugin's `blog` collection to the demo as "The Copper Table Journal", so the restaurant demo also showcases the blog plugin: - seed-demo.php seeds a `blog` collection (summary/body/cover/tags/canonical_url) and three restaurant journal posts (spring menu, sourcing, online ordering). - theme: collection-blog.php (the Journal index) and entry-blog.php (a post, with a small escape-first Markdown subset rendered in-theme since the image ships no Markdown plugin); a Journal nav link; journal + prose styles matching the dark/gold/serif theme. - layout.php defers its own canonical/OG on /blog and /tag pages, where the Blog plugin contributes the full head, so those tags aren't emitted twice.
