Why

This PR addresses the following problem / context:

• Introduces new organization terms to support well inventory ingestion. Well inventory records with organizations missing from the lexicon fail ingestion.

How

Implementation summary - the following was changed / added / removed:

• Added Cerro MDWCA, White Oaks Pottery, and El Rito MDWCA organizations to the lexicon.

Adds additional organization entries to the shared lexicon to support well inventory ingestion by ensuring these organization names can be recognized/normalized consistently.

Changes:

• Added “Cerro MDWCA” as an organization lexicon term.
• Added “White Oaks Pottery” as an organization lexicon term.

Does adding them to lexicon.json update the lexicon tables in the DB and therefore make them usable? If not, should we come up with a workflow to add data to those tables?

@jacob-a-brown After adding new lexicon terms, you need to run oco initialize-lexicon to update the necessary database tables.
