Replace all 17 Console and Management reference screenshots with captures from the locally running UI 2.0, using the existing signed-in session and appearance settings. Update the screenshot index with the captured routes, current page states, appearance configuration and original-PNG capture instructions. Existing README image paths remain valid.

Validation:

• Visually inspected the captured pages, including the actual achievement empty state.
• All 17 PNGs decode successfully and measure 1496 × 933 pixels.
• Screenshot index and both root README image references resolve; git diff --check passes.
• Diff contains only 17 PNGs and assets/screenshots/README.md.
• Preserved the existing local validation report, 10 nonempty logs and 1,006 parseable Surefire XML reports. Previous verification exceptions remain recorded; this screenshot refresh does not change their status.

No application code or business data was changed. Builds and business write flows were not rerun for this image/documentation-only change.
