Adds read-only prospect status output and current tag examples from feature-2 through 7e5128b22. Prepares CLI/alias 0.4.1-rc.2. Validated check, status output cases, public artifact boundary and both archives in a clean consumer. No registry publication.

User-authorized cross-repository sync. Next targets staging only. Supporting repositories are promoted to master after gates, then master is back-merged into their existing staging branches.
