- fall back to the DevExpress demo proxy (https://api.devexpress.com/demo-openai) when the AZURE_OPENAI_* environment variables are not set
- replace the env-var-only credential getters with local variables (demo key "DEMO", deployment "demo")
- applies to both CS (App.xaml.cs) and VB (App.xaml.vb)
- fall back to the DevExpress demo proxy (https://api.devexpress.com/demo-openai) when the AZURE_OPENAI_* environment variables are not set
- move credential resolution into RegisterDevExpressAI as local variables (demo key "DEMO", deployment "demo")
- applies to both CS (Program.cs) and VB (Program.vb)
- fall back to the DevExpress demo proxy (https://api.devexpress.com/demo-openai) when the AZURE_OPENAI_* environment variables are not set
- move credential resolution into the SampleAITextModifier constructor as local variables (demo key "DEMO", deployment "demo")
- applies to both CS (Program.cs) and VB (Program.vb)
- update the registration code snippet to show the demo-proxy fallback
- add a note that the sample falls back to the demo proxy (rate-limited, evaluation only)
