chore(release): 1.1.1 — CI publish dry-run and Flutter pin - #3

Commit the analyzer build/** exclude Flutter adds during pub get so the working tree stays clean for dart pub publish --dry-run. Align CI and publish workflows on Flutter 3.47.7 (Dart 3.12+). Bump version to 1.1.1 and document release notes. Co-authored-by: Uday Chauhan <chauhan.s.uday26@gmail.com>
