Updated the desktop UI interaction and responsive behavior across the main workspace and side panels.
The XHS post template had scoped absolute slide sizing that overrode the generic static-preview fallback, causing slides to overlap when opened without the runtime. Add scoped fallback rules so the deck scrolls one viewport-height slide at a time, and add a catalog test to keep this behavior from regressing.\n\nValidation: git diff --check passed. Bun test was not run because bun is not installed in this environment.
Restore queue-first composer behavior and align tests with current managed-brand and permission UI behavior. Add localized export labels and declare the PPTX export runtime dependency.
Approve the locked macOS ARM64 and Linux x64 FFmpeg and FFprobe platform packages used by the test matrix.
Bind the glitch-frame logo variable and execute the production template copy step before asserting embedded PPTX templates.
Replace dynamic template category, placeholder, and style translation keys with exhaustive typed maps that preserve runtime locale switching.
