Instructions

For a new RFC

1. fork the repo and create a new branch
2. find a directory for the project your RFC relates to (eg: PX4)
3. copy the template file and rename it with a name that idenfies your RFC (no whitespace)
4. write the RFC into the document, make sure to include your name and email
5. submit a Pull Request, and collect comments
